Shipping And Handling We offer difference Courier services ranging from Next Day to Economy Service.

When orders are dispatched from Backstage Warehouse, we use DHL for all UK shipping. Tracking details are provided and your email address is shared with DHL to provide a Live tracking link.

Unfortunately, when orders are shipped direct from Suppliers, we're not always able to provide tracking information unless requested.


UK Shipping Pricing:

Orders upto 25Kgs - From £10.00+VAT

Orders over 25Kgs - From £40.00+VAT

Pyrotechnics Delivery is Charged at: From £17.00+VAT

Scottish Highland Deliveries - for all postcodes below please select HIGHLANDS when choosing shipping destination AB31-AB38, AB40-AB56, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36-40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-38, PH4-41, PH49-50 (There is a surcharge for these areas - except Royal Mail small orders)

Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping.

Additional Information

Please note that products shown to be dispatched from Manufacturer in Europe can take upto 10 Days from time of shipping. This is due to transit and potential customs delays.

Please note that when after the goods have left us they are in the hands of the carrier and we are not responsible for late deliveries.

Note. All delivery times are from time of shipping and not time of purchase. We do us best to stock as much as we can, but we do ocassionally ordering the goods in.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order out to you within 5 business days plus delivery time, subject to availabitity. Most items are available next day delivery either from us or direct from the Manufacturer.

International orders are generally received in under 28 days. Subject to the service you request.

Some products are stocked internationally and imported as required. We well contact you if the order has any delays.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
